Wilford takes maiden EJC Pole Position in Portugal

UK, Spain & Portugal on the front row for tomorrow’s race.
Sam Wilford (IDWe Racing) scorched to his maiden Pole Position in the Pata European Junior Cup, responding to the challenge laid down by championship leader Javier Orellana (Europ Foods). The pair eventually separated by 0.065s. Wildcard rider and local hope Pedro Nuno (Honda Portugal) claimed the final front row spot after making a huge step forward overnight.
Row two will see Guillaume Raymond (Activbike), Alfonso Coppola (Chiodo Moto Racing) line up alongside Mika Perez (RBC Team).
